  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog is aggressive, unsafe, excessively stressed, or poses a risk to our groomers or equipment.

  • We do not perform full-body grooming or extreme de-matting. Dogs with severe matting may be referred to a full-service groomer or veterinarian.

  • Soapy Tails is not liable for pre-existing conditions, health issues, skin irritations, or injuries that were not disclosed prior to the appointment.

  • If a dog becomes aggressive, stressed, or unsafe during the appointment, the session may be paused or ended early.

  • Owners are responsible for ensuring the service area (driveway/parking location) is safe and accessible.

  • By booking a service, you authorize Soapy Tails to safely handle your pet and to use water, grooming tools, and products necessary for bathing.

  • Photos of your pet may be used on our website or social media unless you request otherwise.
